Our Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition as when it arrived

Unworn or unused

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Please email us at sarahjanesboutique@hotmail.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

A return shipping label (UK returns only)

Clear instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s wrong — whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — email us right away at sarahjanesboutique@hotmail.com. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Want to swap an item? The easiest way is to return the original item (following the steps above), and once accepted, place a new order for the one you’d prefer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.
